Canada Day weekend, I'm at a house party , and my buddy and I left our helmets on my mirrors cuz we knew everyone there, and plus the bike was at the back of the laneway.  Some thugs wannabies came in, and no one knew them so they were not welcome, and they left.  :x  On their way out they stole my helmet :guns: . But left my buddy's 1996 Arai :dunno: .  Sure it was ugly, but arai's are wicked helmets.  To top it all off, my tinted visor was on the helmet, and my gloves were inside the hemet!  All gone!  So on Monday I went to Inglis Cycle and bought $600 worth of new gear.  HJC AC-11 helmet, Icon Hooligin Gloves, and a new tinted visor.  Plus I had to pic up a new passenger helmet, cuz my buddy dropped mine!  So always carry your shaZam! w/ ya!  At least if you are in my neighborhood!

The helmet hooks under the seat have a use in this sort of situation.
They're not gonna stop anyone who really wants your helmet,
but it'll stop f*&^wits from just lifting it cos they can.

I never leave anything on the bike that can be picked up and walked off with - helmet, tank bag, saddlebags, etc.  It's a bit of a pain, but it's just too inviting; a minute to take detachables with or to string a lock through them is time well spent.

That really sucks when someone takes your stuff....especially something that important......Oh well...you got new gear so you can still ride long and strong....

what a bunch of tards who steals a helmet?  It's like stealing used underwear!  You know somebody has sweat alot in the helmet and they could have lice     Sorry that this happened to you people are stupid sometimes
