Mixture??

Hey, i cleaned my carbs, and now the bike barely runs, it hesitates to throttle imputs, and a friend suggested that it might be a mixture issue...

How do i set the mixture???
I've looked in my manuals, and online fiches.... and I can't find a screw that is labelled 'mixture'

help please!

The air/fuel mixture screw is behind a brass plug on the bottom of the carbs. The manuals do not show it since it is "set" at the factory, emissions thing.
