Sold the GS today...

I had my final ride on my GS today.  I took it to the safety shop to get it certified, and then later on, took it to the gent who bought it from me.  I'm glad it's going to a good home -- 34 year old male teacher who researched the heck to find the best starter bike with lots of long term appeal.  He (fortunately for both of us) also wanted a lowered bike.  I happened to put longer dogbones on mine for my wife, but she opted for a Virago 250 instead.

Long story short, I really enjoyed the last ride.  Who knows...  perhaps after a bit of confidence on the Virago, she'll be more comfortable getting on a lowered GS.
