Hi everyone,

A friend of mine is trying to sell a 2000 GSX-R750 frame.  The frame is immaculate, never been down, never seen rain even, and comes with a *clean title*.  I told him to put it on craigslist first, to avoid having to ship across the country.

Any advice on how much to ask for it?  I've seen similar things on eBay going for ~2,000$  Does that seem like a decent asking price?

yeah, that's about avrage, if it was mine though and I had a clean title for it there is no reason not to build it into a ridable bike and sell it then.

Alot of those frames listed at 2000 never get sold in fact i saw a gsxr rolling chasis at carlsile for 1000 and it didnt sell.  I think it would be hard to rebuild from there into a working bike without a good donor.

In another thread i discussed why i think alot of bikes are built using stolen parts.  Because if somebody paid 2000 for clean title frame 2000 for clean engine.  they are already at 4000 without all the other misc stuff.
I dont know what a fair asking price is I guess 1500 or 2g see what happens
