Turbo GS?

Been riding the GS for a while and I love it . But I have always wanted a super sport bike. I really really want to get a GSXR750 in the near future but the insurance is just insane   . Insurance for the GSXR600 isn't too bad so I'll most likely upgrade to that but was wondering whether anyone out there has ever tried or seen of a turbo GS?

I remember someone building one who posted on this site, I think it was for a college project. Maybe if you do a search you might find it.
