Motorcycle Trip Checklist

I'm in the process of making up a list of things to bring on my week long trip a couple weeks from now.  I searched here, and only found a few short packing lists from my many searchs (I used combinations of these words: tour touring trip list checklist long distance iron butt packing pack).  I do seem to remember seeing a full packing list at some point here, but I couldn't find it.  I made a pretty good list on my own so far which I can post if anyone wants me to.  

Also, I googled this topic and found a customizeable and printable motorcycle trip checklist.  I figured others may like to have this for a future reference/starting point. There is also a credit card camping checklist.  Just check/uncheck next to what you need or don't and fill in the blanks with your own items, then you can view a printable version of your custom list.
