Does '04 engine fit on a '93 gs ????

I want to buy a 2004 engine for my 1993 gs 500, but i don't know if it will fit. Please help. :dunno:

Find a spot to hang the sweet oil cooler and you should be good.
Other Gotcha's ... electric tach ... but if you got the tach, should prolly bolt into the Old ones dash and work fine. or heck get the whole dash off 04.
