How do Givi monokey cases mount to the tubular style racks?

I have a Givi monokey topcase, and if I were to mount it on the side of the bike, it has two inserts at the "bottom" edge, and hole at the "top" for a tab.  I'm guessing that in the tubular-style mounting, there is some kind of "tab" you screw onto the top horizontal tube, and a pair of buttons you attach on the bottom horizontal tube?

EDIT: found a picture of a modified GIVI tuberack:

It shows the buttons on the bottom.  I still don't see the tab up on top, but there's a plate there with two holes, so maybe it bolts on.
You cannot escape our master plan!

Which FiveStar frames are these (they sell them by bike and I didn't see any for the GS500).  I'm guessing these were meant for another bike, but fit the GS500 too? :dunno_white:

Thanks!

Has anyone modified a Givi setup on an 04+...specifically a topbox?
