Richard died in a motorcycle accident that was at no fault of his own.  We lost a good friend and good member of this board.  Though Rich may be gone, his legacy will live on here.

Leave it, it adds character.

its an 03, not replacing the dented tank, just going to pull the dent and repaint... even dealer cost on a tank is high, tanks are very expensive...

Oh well...

But ja, great find!

My Name Is Dave

How exactly do you get a clean-titled, wrecked frame? I have heard of guys just dropping the bikes and cracking the fairings, so the insurance calls it a total loss or some shiat like that. Just curious...

Dave

Man, I want some wine right now. Some pinot noir...yeah, that sounds nice

insurance usually never finds out about the bike if its clean i think.

the frame is fine...the reason the title is clean is cause the guy A) didnt have insurance or B)didnt make a claim when he trashed it... my guess is A

all damage on this one im getting is cosmetic

Daniely

I didnt claim my wreck. Course my bike has a salvage before the wreck, so eh. I did call at 2 am after I got back from the ER and canceled my insurance, lol.
