replacement front fenders

we just bought a 97 gs500e and it is in excellent shape except for the front fender. On the back side of it  is a spot where the plastic was melted (suposedly by the exaust).  Does anyone know where I could get a replacement fender, preferably carbon fiber so I don't have to paint it.  I'm also looking into a new pipe and new mirrors. Any suggestions?
