sure, as they are both 37mm forks they should fit in the tripples just fine.

GSX600 forks are 41mm tubes. You have to use the Katana's triple clamp, axle & spacers, and calipers. But you can use the GS's front wheel.

With the Katana's upper triple clamp mounted clipons Im pretty sure they will clear the F's fairing, but it will be tight. Fork mounted clipons probably won't fit.

Katana forks, as quoted from the Suzuki website are 41mm. Are the older ones smaller? And are they inverted forks, or are they just regular style? Also, if you DO get Katana forks that fit, do most people (in the general sense) use the GS wheel, or do they go with the Katana wheel and dual discs?

Katana's have had 41mm, conventional forks since the "new" style came out back in the mid eighties. Any forks off the old, half faired bikes called Katanas (which were 37 to 39mm) won't be worth using.

The GS and Katana 600s use the exact same wheel. If you look under the little plastic hub cover on the rotorless side of the GS's wheel you will see threaded holes for mounting an extra rotor.

Yes, but that little plastic hub is where the speedo cable plugs in. Is there any way to convert to a double disc setup?

No, I was refering to a plastic "doughnut" on the wheel itself that covers part of the hub where a rotor would go.

With a set of forks with bosses for another caliper, the GS wheel will work.

Awww, bummer. I guess if there was a simple way to go dual disc, it would be done more often, eh?
