When the TA purged his nitrous system, it was sweet -- the way the vents blew out the air scoops, it looked like a dragon blowing steam out its nostrils.  Then the goped flips the guy in the TA off and starts purging his nawzzzz too, hehe.  I can't believe that goped overtook a TA that worked.  That little POS motors!  Wonder how much $$ they put into it.

if they slowed the film speed on that camera they did a really good job of slowing down their hand bobbles too  something tells me they weren't using a camera that lets you choose your frames per second, looked like a plain ol' home-market camcorder to me

actually, the hand bobbles were what tipped me off.

and, to quibble, they probably didn't actually undercrank the camera (as you pointed out, that's not an option on low-end video cams).  they probably dropped frames to speed it up in post.

this is why it cuts from when they both blow smoke.  the smoke you'd notice being at the wrong speed.

i suspect the double images are the result of the interpolation.
