Dunno if this is related but I have heard of folks round here having problems with slipping clutches once warmed up if they are using synthetic oil.

Is the cable stretching when it gets warm? Weird, but otherwise what red_phil said.
The motorcycle is no longer the hobby, the skill has become the hobby.

Power does not compare to skill.  What good is power without the skill to use it?
