YOU get the extra 300%.  Yer kinda missin' the point that other people don't.

Your lauded Bieffe helmets don't fit my head for shaZam!.  You'll notice a distinct lack of bitchy posts from me about Bieffe, because I bought a helmet that does fit instead of one that doesn't.

:o  Deeeeeuum!

Someone in need of their morning coffee?

OK Yea fitting heads ... very important ... and now everyone is making helmets to fit the shoei head, and no one cares about mine ... yea R'gal thanks for pointing that out ... I will machine my head into fitting the copper kettle I got lying about ...  :x
Now HJC and Icon and KBC felt a shade plasticy, Arai felt very very plasticy. The Shoei felt OK, not great ... but no complaints. The Bieffe I gave up as well as the BR 15 I used to have ... felt solid solid solid ... like a tank ... It also out weighed the Shoei by a good 50-75%. No one here has used a BR 16 or BR 15 Bieffe I can tell. Nothing like it. Anyday ... I will be able to bash in a shoei or a Arai with that I think. The Older Bieffe I had before that was solid too, but memory isn't that great. Only helmet I believe can hold a candle to the Bieffe 15/16's is a Bell. M 2 I believe ... I should try that out in a better size I think. All the dumb stores around here have shoei, arai, suomy (talk about tacky ... that's the master ... just that paint on them ... can you say Poser) ... scorpion and nothing else.
Cool.

If that were true, every helmet in the store would fit my head, and they don't.  HJC doesn't fit.   Bieffe doesn't fit.  Arai doesn't fit.  Shoei fits decently, Scorpion fits well.

Arguing is only a competitive sport when the arguments are logical, and when you're not arguing simply to be right. I declare RG the winner of this argument. :P

Oh yea ... OK fine ... all the damn helmets I tried on yesterday (agreed it doesn't cover all makes ... just most common ones) wanted to shred my cheeks ... so I dont know what else to say. OK around my head they all felt a bit different. But around my cheeks it was the same painful fit.
Cool.

Carrying walnuts in your cheeks only works for chipmunks.

Can you get Rayven helmets in the US? I have a Laser, Bieffe and a Rayven. Cheap'n'cheerful it may be but it's a good helmet.

In Cricket the testicular guard, or Box, was introduced in 1874. The helmet was introduced in 1974. Is there a message??

Gmax ... OK I'll try that ... the local moron's are all shoei arai and nothing else. 1 place has Scorpion, never seen an AGV on the shelf so far ... They have 400 shoei's and arai's ... one in each color scheme and size ... pathetic. Anyway ... I'll try the gmax ... If the local chowderhead's dont make fun of g-spot, g-string what not and can produce the helmet for me to try on ... else I might take a ride into your town.

I had this exact same problem when I bought my Shoei RF-1000. Shoei offers a ton of different sized cheek padding for their helmets. I bought a set that was a couple of mm thinner and the problem was solved. Look into the thinner sizes for your helmet.

Mine is a RF 800 ... no such goodies available for it. I believe I can yank out the lining and shave it as per my other riding buddy, but officially no rael way to do it. I wanna break it in and then try it.
