headlight adjustment on an 04???

hello fellow gs members... i was wondering if anyone knew how to adjust the headlight on an 04gs500f. it is pointing a little bit too low and i would like to make it a little bit higher. i looked in back of the headlight and noticed that there are 2 knobs i could turn. im pretty sure one of those is the vertical adjustment knobs but i don't just want to try by turning it and having a chance of messing up the horizontal beam. does anybody know which one is the vertical adjustmnet?

Just turn it a set number of rotations, remember that number, and if it's the wrong one, then turn it back. You could probably even keep the light on while doing this, thus making it easier.
