Ok, I'm in the process of rejetting the carbs. I am stuck at taking the jet needle out. It's sitting in there pretty tight. I can't even push it out...when I look in thru the diaphragm, I see a white plastic "knob" thingy. Can't actully see any part of the needle. Do you know what I'm talking about?

Also, how many washer do I need? Just one?

Ok, that plastic knob is the needle holder. Do I just grab it and yank it out?

Hi-T

Seriously, be careful when removing the assembly from the slide.

Be even more careful when pushing it back in.  There are two (or three- can;t remember) black pieces of plastic that are groved at the end to grab the 'O' ring of the needle assembly.  If you bend this plastic at all they WILL break.  Your needle assembly won't stay in place.  You will have to replace the whole slide assembly- and they are special order and $50 each.

Also- good luck trying to find shims that will fit the needle and set in the slide properly.  I tried just about every size I could find of washer and in the end, had to customize some.
