Ktrim, next time those kids step out of line, call the Division of Family Services, or your local equivalent, Hotline number and report child neglect.  They'll come fix that crap in a hurry.  
And I bet that dude was drunk while sitting in the car listening to the radio.  In most states, merely having keys in the ignition is considered "operating" a motor vehicle for the purposes of DWI.  Call the cops on him and get him popped.  You could pretty much screw that whole family over with two phone calls, which is draconian, but screw it.

Naw, it's not draconian to call the cops and CPS; it's a public service. What's really draconian is the trash that lives in our various neighborhoods and keeps us from peaceful and quiet enjoyment of our property.  

There's no need to feel guilty about letting the authorities know that someone is breaking the law, and these people obviously are.

Don't feel bad about calling the cops just do it.  They are trained to deal with things like this.  YOu have to have a liscence to drive a car/motorcycle, fly a plane, and own a dog but any moron can have kids.  Seems a little backasswards to me.

I was a total bastard when I was a teenager.  I used to say, "What are you gonna do about it" about 10,000 times a day.  I had a few adults threaten to kick my ass, but then I'd remind them that they are automatically at fault and will do jail time for hitting a minor...  Then I'd f%$k with them some more.  Maybe without that law, I would have learned to STFU and respect my elders. :lol:

It wasn't just my total lack of respect for anyone and anything else in the world...  I was also a thieving shaZam! bag......  Ah...  To have parents that cared enough to investigate the $400 of new crap that appeared over night.  :dunno:



Birth control in the water...  Tax breaks for sterilization...  Additional taxes for each kid to pay for their schooling...  Child insurance to pay for all they crap they break...  Child rearing licenses...  Mandatory child raising classes...

2 of the punk kids that live on the other side of the street came by today,  they drove slowley passed the house twice like they were casing it.  I think theyll be back tonight,  there parents dont give a damn what they do.  I already called the police and let them know, but the police arent much help until something happens,  so Ill probably be up all night again.  if they show up and start $#it they will be met with extreme force (i.e. bat or shotgun)  the little punks across the street were starting crap with my youngest son on the school bus today.  gotta call the school monday and get that taken care of.  Children services has been out for BeBe's Kids multiple times and done nothing.  one of my other neighbors is contacting the owner of the house they rent to complain,  the rest of the nieghbors are going to be calling the police also.  (forgot to mention before but at least 4 times a week I have to chase the kids down to get my boys bikes or scooters back).  Ive had enough of this crap,  I feel like im living in a bad soap opera.

I'm not sure where you live, but the officers we've spoken with in our area said that if they rent, we could call code enforcement and complain (since we don't know who owns the house...you're ahead in that dept). Every time you call the police, document it and get a case # if you can, especially if they come out to visit. If enough of those are documented, code enforcement (if your county/city has that) can possibly help...

Today we went to a dance recital for our oldest daughter. The recital included children from about 6 years old to about 30 (yeah, they're our children [babies] no matter hold old they get ). There were a few teenaged boys behind us that I would cheerfully have shot if I'd had a gun with me. They were just being a$$holes for no good reason other than they obviously had low self esteem and the poor darlings needed attention. And now our charming neighbors have been blasting their polka....it isn't illegal to shoot people who blast their polka, is it?  :dunno:
