Well, I did a search and I don't believe anyone's posted this site yet.  I found it when looking for info on carbs, it gives a great, basic explanation of what each circuit does within the carb, how to adjust, etc.

Any of our resident carb experts, please feel free to commentate/correct any info from the site, but I found it very helpful in understanding how these buggers work!   :thumb:

Good find. I am reading it now. Hopefully I'll learn something  :thumb:

I also like:

(from Dan's Motorcycle Repiar Course at: http://www.dansmc.com/mc_repaircourse.htm that has been mentioned before on here).

Ok, I read it and still have little carb knowledge  :dunno:

You know what would be more helpful? Instead of colorful, drawn illustrations, have actual photos. That way, I would know a "Main Jet" or a "Throttle Valve Cutaway" if it bit me in the ass.  :thumb:

Agreed.  Maybe some of the experts around here can help with that project...   :dunno:

I'd try but I haven't ripped my carbs apart yet (haven't needed to, thank God), and I'm not nearly what I would deem an "expert."

Would you believe almost 2 years ago?  The next post in that thread has links to 2 other carb-related articles, along with yet another link to the "101" info.

I stand corrected...     Never hurts to have a little refresher, though, right? :dunno:

And welcome back, Kerry!  :)
