Where should i set it I am about 210 lbs 1-8 it's on  now going to put it on the bike .

I'd start off at 4-5 and then adjust it to your comfort level.

I love it! it is set on 6 I think that good the first thing I notice is when I took it off the center stand is how it felt more firm and a little taller which is good I am 6ft 4.I took a quick ride thru some twisty around by the house man so sweet no rearend bounce at all.I need to order my progressive for the front and see if that helps.
