i have a 500f, 2004, and don't trust the dang dealers.  what all should be a priority part of the service.  and should the valve clearances be checked on the initial service.  if so, does anyone know the specs.  i haven't got my manual yet.
THanks, Bobby

the valves aren't till 4000m.  you should probably change your oil.  i don't know what else is supposed to be done off hand

Initial Service

You should be able to do all of it, with the Valve Clearance check being the most involved.  An Oil & Filter is an important part to clear out any metal that may have worn off a new engine.
