Electrical Issues

I just got a new battery less than three months ago.  Granted I didnt ride a great deal (my wife and I just had a baby girl), but when I tried to charge the battery (with a new charger I might add) the bike will start but it doesnt keep a charge.  I also made sure the battery had water in it.  Any suggestions?

What do you mean, does the battery go flat when left or after riding. The bike may not be charging it. If it goes flat when just left in the bike maybe you are leaving the lights on or have alarm draining the battery.

It starts, but as soon as you shut it off, it will not restart.  Also when it is on you can see the headlight dim when the throttle is released.

I was having some similar issues, which I first thought were related to the homemade integrator kit, but were later traced to a dead battery. $32 later, everything seems fine.
