I saw them at a bike store a while back, then I saw an R6 outside with them on, they are like pegs that you put on the upper part on the front of the bike so if you drop it it doesn't do as much damage.

On Nekid GSs you can get Crash bars too...

Crash bars are cool 'cause you can mount other crap on 'em... Like Highway (I don't like shifting or my rear brake anyway) pegs...  Or Fog (I hope this doesn't screw up my electrical system) lights.

After that ordeal I just went through, I'm gonna go ahead and avoid messing with the electrical system. Yes, it turned out to be a bad battery, but trying to diagnose it made me realize that I don't know diarrhea about electrical systems.

Otherwise, I'd be right behind you with the foglamps.

I dropped mine the other day, trying to put it on the centerstand, and the steering column was locked, lost it part way thro, and dropped it right into my car.  The bike is alright, but the handle bars did a # on the front fender of the poor lil Neon, lol
