I'm not liking the turquoise color on the GSF or the SVs. I mean seriously, there are much better choices than TURQUOISE. That's almost as bad as purple!

katana's are a GSX or a 1st generation gixxer.  (late 80's)
F4I's are honda's 4th gen sport bike (97 or so)
there is no comparision.   which is why the katana is marketed at a budget sport tourer, not a budget sport bike.  
seafoam is cool, atleast it dosn't have a banana seat.

This new generation of 600 sport bikes are just not that attractive to me. I'm sure they're gonna be light years above the bikes they replace in terms of performance, but man, those fairings (especially the ones on the gixxers and R6) and color schemes are just hideous. Way too busy and complicated for me to call any of these 2006 bikes beautiful. Alright, I feel better after the mini-rant.

I absolutely love the 05 bikes, but this new batch, I don't know. Looks like a complete toy now. Love the 2005 red/black/white scheme on the GSX600R. Hate the 2005 red/black scheme on the GSX600R.

But it's the "R" that's important, right?  That's what my insurance folks told me...avoid any bike with an R in the model (CBR, GSX-R, YZF-R, etc.).  It sounded like the R added about $400-500 to the premium (I didn't want to ask about the CBR-RR...way to many R's ).  

The Katana does not have an "R" designation...the CBR does.  That's what made me consider them as different categories.

Doesn't change the fact that the Katana looks like a water buffalo.

They all have non-standard styles of pipes. 2 have an undertail exhaust and the Zuke and Yama have a new type of can. They all look sweet.

Alright, I would take the supposed power and performance of the R6, the fairing and tail of the CBR600RR, the front and headlight of the GSX600R, and the exhaust also from the GSX600R. Then I'd give it the paint scheme from the red/black/white 2005 GSX600R.

the gs had a teal color scheme too....wtf are they thinking with a teal sv  :lol:
