Flush front turn signals

Any tips on flush mount turn signals for the front?  I'm trying to figure out...buy some...can't seem to figure it out.

They are Lockhart Philips carbon short stalks. I got them at a local dealer for around $20 pair. I have them in the front also. I can give u the model number, u just have to give me a little time to find it

Yeah i was talkin about the F.  thanks superman, but i got impatient and orderd some cat eye short stalks for the rear already.

Well for the hell of it the model number is 122-9868
