Yeah leaving my 9:00PM class, i relized that it is really down pouring hard...you think I would wait it out.

Nope, gave my backpack, cellphone, and shoes to my roomate(who is in the same class as me), yeah cuz leather shoes +water= smeelly mess.
Walk the quarter block in the trential rains withh alll my gear less my shoes(which is a mesh jacket with liner[yikes]) fire it up and manage to make it the 1/4 mile home :lol:

I happen to have to traverse(sp?) a storm surge that came up and was tickling my feet. The ol gs just pushed through with ease....but the looks I got from the cagers was crazy. People honked at every light and yelled words of encourgament.

Now I am wet

Yes....I figure If I go down at 10 MPH I deserve to be hurt....and if a car hits me....shoes arenot gunna save me
