A few ?'s... (carbs, pipes, wileyco???)

Here's an easy question... I'm looking for some quick and easy performance boosters for my 92 gs500...  I keep hearing about something called a wileyco... what is it???  

2.)
I'm trying to do a couple of performance mods (as my bike is a lil' on the slow side).  What I'm considering doing is:
a.  15-tooth sprocket
b.  K&N Lunchbox
c.  Carb Rejet
Does this sound like a good idea?  Are there any simple mod's I'm missing???  Any suggestions?

I have a yosh pipe.  I'm curious whether it is a slip on or a full bolt-on.  It has a brace between the two pipes comes from the motor... it seems pretty small??? Any thoughts?

4.)
If I have a K&N and Pipe... what size jets should I order?  Where should I order them from???  How much should I expect to pay?

it's a brand name of an exhaust

yoshi only had a full system for gs

my bad... its a vance an hines... sorry... do they make slip on's...

there are no slip-on (or bolt-on) for gs...if it comes with the header pipe, it's a full system
