I decided to go crazy today and sent a payoff check to my lender. I know that they will be pissed about the lost interest, but now its all mine!

I still have awhile to go on the GS, but I'm going to pay off my cage a year early the end of this month which is gonna be great.  So great I think I will celebrate by having them loan me some more money for a new motorcycle

I think I will piss off Ford Motor Credit next month and pay my truck off.

seriously, I only owe $1700 and it is cheaper to pay it off then continue to pay the +$300 for the next 8 months.

It's a surprisingly gratifying feeling to get the title in your own hands.    

I've been leasing my cars for the past few years, and I've pretty much decided to buy this one at the end...I spent a lot of time working out of state and it spent a lot of time sitting at the airport, so it still has very low mileage.  Not to mention that the next model year's design makes me throw up in my mouth a little.  I think it might be interesting to not have a vehicle payment for a couple years.

My GS is developing more and more issues.  I have about a year left on the car loan.  I'm just praying the bike will last long enough, then the upgrade....  Still figuring ot which bike I am falling for next...

i was lucky and able to buy mine straight-up with CASH MONEY.  I'll never take a loan out on a bike!  NEVER!  HAHAHAHAHAHA

congrats! I was so happy to pay cash for my car (POS that just died on me), and am hoping to pay cash for a GS this summer... stupid college... if it weren't for school, I'd have a GS now!

I'm young and in college and I was lucky enough to be able to buy my bike with cash I earned during my last year in high school. I'd be scared of lending companies.

 I pissed them off by refinancing my truck to get rid of a HORRID interest rate...  Then I paid it off 4 months later.   :dunno:
