get  your mind out of the gutter :nono:

ok my question is that I went to measure the valve clearances last night only to find that my thinest shim .015mm [with in specs] dosn't slip through any of the spots [16 of them] regardless of where I alight the cam. [says to measure when the lobe part is perpendicular to the cyl. head.]

So what's the shim's feeling? Does it kida stick then comes out = that size..or did I just lucky/the clearance is smaler than .015mm?

A feeler gauge is a go no-go gauge.  The key is not to force them.  If it won't fit, it's too big.  If it glides easily, it's too small.  If it's "just right"  you will feel a little drag.

Remember, lubricate the feelers with motor oil and keep them clean.
Every zero you add to the tolerance adds a zero to the price.

If the product "fails" will the product liability insurance pay for the "failure" until it turns 18?

if your thinest guage doesnt fit then you could have a burnt valve(s) too... but I dont know the clearances by heart so I cant tell if your smallest is small enough.
