actually...no...in other parts of the world... its normal not to wear helmet..coz its a form of public transportation....i grew up in the philippines and we only see someone wearing a helmet on someone with a sportsbike or cruiser...i was bought a 50 cc scooter when i was 13 that i used a lot around town...no helmet no gear...my folks are now amazed on how many gear i have while riding now.. :thumb:

Judging by all the plexi, it looks like somebody would prefer to own a car.   :)
Every zero you add to the tolerance adds a zero to the price.

If the product "fails" will the product liability insurance pay for the "failure" until it turns 18?

But if you're trying to be bullet-proof...don't you think it would be a good idea to protect the coconut?

I think they're only trying to protect against being shot.  A helmet and gear would protect you from a crash, but I suppose divine intervention does more against crashes than bullets?

Looks like an attacker would just have to swap targets to the driver, and let the monk smack himself silly when he crashes in a bulletproof sidecar.

Right.  When I was trying to protect against being shot, I wore a helmet.   :dunno:

to me it doesn't even look to be fully closed in.  If the shooter were to the right of the driver, that side looks open to me.  Could be wrong but that cycle/bulletproof side car seems like a retarded idea.  Shoot the driver and the bulletproof sidecar becomes a prison.
