So, after riding all summer with CBR rearsets, I decided to swap back to my old stock ones.  Well, not the old ones, I replaced the RHS one with a new bracket and peg since it got crunched in an accident. (I trust my friend's welding work, but I'll keep it as an extra)

Being 6'3", I just couldn't deal with the foot position.  Legs were bent so far, that I couldn't easily shift my foot position on the pegs, and would actually have to put in some thought before shifting or using the rear brake, since my feet would be 'stuck', taking a good effort to lift them off.  Also put a large amount of pressure on my knees, making it not so comfortable on long trips.

It was a really cool experiment, modifying the rearsets and figuring out how to splice the Honda and Suzuki brake system together :)  Just not for me!

Now I have to figure out why my friend's GS isn't starting, without being near the bike   Of course, she should be logging in here and figuring it out for herself!

Oh, and no more strange sounds from the bike... I got all the bolts I needed to put the exhaust back on

Me: I'll kick your kitty ass!  Cat: Meow :P
