final ride of the year for shure dammit it was 46 degrees and i was ridin my bike yesterday it was so damn cold i started braking for a yellow and the rear tire skidded the whole way i thought i was gonna bite the asphalt :guns: (winter aka mod time for my bike) :cheers:
05 F- KN filter, V&H full exhaust, Dynojet jet kit, (carbon fiber lights,grips,levers)Red LEDs, removed-centerstand,rearfender, chainguard. 2 drops= 1 jacked up bike

yeah you just have to be carful on cold tires.  Give them time to warm up and everything is dandy.

I think today was my last leasure ride of the season. I still have to ride it to work tomorrow and then over to my GF's Parents garage for storage. It was 65 degrees and it was WONDERFUL. I got the bike washed and waxed and the oil changed and the chain cleaned and lubed. It is almost ready to hibernate  :mrgreen:
Richard died in a motorcycle accident that was at no fault of his own.  We lost a good friend and good member of this board.  Though Rich may be gone, his legacy will live on here.

I'll ride as long as the GS will start. The coldest it gets in Southern Alabama is the low 20's or mid teens just a couple nights a year. She sure is lazy to start on those 30-40 degree mornings tho.
