I've wanted to as well, but I'm usually too busy trying NOT to die to get a camera out of my non-existant tank bag, turning it on with gloved fingers, aiming, and shooting, then placing it back in the invisible tank bag, and continuing to try and not die. I usually ride high speed sweepers (we're usually running arond 85-90 clicks) or slow technical stuff. Nothing flat and pretty.
