UPDATE: The plaster is OFF - after 50 days! (I did, however, ride with it on my leg on Saturday!!!)

Well I have a walking boot bride of frankenstein shoe thingy for two weeks followed by an air cast for 2 weeks and THEN I start physical therapy. I'm not allowed to move without my walking leg thing - I even have to wear it at night - (unless I am in the shower)

It hurts because it hasn't been moved for 2 months, more than any other pain. It was so cool to see my leg tho!

Oh, and I am motating around with a cane that folds up for my bike backpack

rubbing in Vitamin E gell caps helped my knee alot around the wounds and spose to help with scar tissue underneith as its absorbed into the flesh.

Were the doctors cool? as in not give you a ton of crap about riding? There are some nights here in Richmond where I cant walk by some paramedics downtown wearing an Alpinestars shirt without taking some crap about being a rider.
