Boot sizing...

I want to buy a pair of bike street boots. It will be my first pair. How do you size them? Do I get them in the same size as my tennis shoe or go a little bigger such as 1 or a half?

The best thing is heading to a store that stocks motorcycle boots and try them on.  Each manufactuer will be a bit different.  In Sidi I have to wear a 47 in Alpinestar I wear 45.  If no store in your area has them, ask online stores about their exhange policy before ordering.
