What mods for a 01 GS500?

I'm new to the site.  I bought a well kept, beautiful 01 GS500 almost two months ago.  Put a couple thousand miles on it already.  Back and forth to work and weekend riding.  I noticed some like to change the handlebars, but what other mods or upgrades are available?
