I have a weird sense of self deprecating humor.

I've been living in this urban wasteland for 5 years and all i've met are vapid, vacuous gold-digging bitches. and then within 5 days of myspace I found someone who can actually *think* *write* and has things in common with me.  Go figure.  I'll never speak disparagingly of people who met on the internet again.

Also, where I worked at the time we got a break every two hours (legally mandated, yay crappy high school jobs!) and every two hours there would be 10, that's right TEN, voice mails on my cell. Every. Two. Hours.
So, in an 8 hour work day I had somewhere in the neighborhood of 40 voicemails from this girl. EVERY SINGLE DAY I WORKED.
That shaZam! got old fast.
