     there's a flu bug going around town that has a few schools closed, its pretty bad hope I dont get that

Ugh... The flu bug SUCKS rotten eggs!!!!!!! I keep wanting to get a flu shot, but I just can't do it before all the babies and elderly have had theirs, even though my doc recommends it!

But do as I say, not as I do. If your doc recommends it, go get it.

Bah. I really hope I don't get the flu. I can't afford to miss classes. I'd get a flu shot, but the university doesn't have enough to do a campus wide vaccination so none of it gets released.

yeah man hope you don't get the flu, thats shitty.  Rest up and hope it goes away.  If not maybe you can get some good make the symptoms go away drugs from a doctor.

SOUP. Have some good hot soup. Seriously. It clears your sinuses and raises your body temp if you've got chills. It also makes a coating on your throat which helps against coughing.

I havn't had the flu since i almost died from it when i was two.  Got a flu shot once and i got sick, really sick but the doctors said it was a reaction to the flu shot.  I don't get them anymore even though i could get them for free, also a state worker.  Just sit back relax and hope for the best, and I hope that it gets better before it gets worse.

I got sick about 2 1/2 months ago, hacking a lung still, and it hasn't gone away.  Two different antibotic treatments have done nothing.  It really sucks!!!  Bunch of people I know got the same thing around the same time and about 1 in 10 still are hacking like crazy...Hope it's not Captain Tripps.
