Can you just use auto window tint film?
Pilot 22.5, Mid 65 , Mains 147.5, Mixture screw 3.5 turns out

Even if the voices aren't real they have some good ideas.

Yeah, but I'm 6-foot-5 and want the sport-touring windscreen to deflect air a little higher.

Err, I dunno. I read about a few people trying that and it did not work out very well because of the extreme curvatures of the screen. Might be worth a shot, but I'd go with a new windscreen or painting/dying it before I'd try tint film on it.  :dunno:
Richard died in a motorcycle accident that was at no fault of his own.  We lost a good friend and good member of this board.  Though Rich may be gone, his legacy will live on here.

I can't emphasize enough how easy the painting process was. It really is not hard, assuming you know how to work a can of paint. And I really can't argue with the results:

You can see in the avitar I tried the window film back in the summer of '04. It looked good from about 10 feet but looked like crap if you got any closer. I tried heating it, using more water, and even cutting some sections out of the film and it still looked like crap. But then of course there's guy down the street with a buick that had an even worse job on his back window and he lives with it. I ended up just taking off the film and rolling with the stocker...
