i want to get rid of these clip ons

hello as you know ,i ride a GS 400E so i was asking several dealers around not one want`s to tell me how i change the clip on`s to a
handlebar like the later models have because no one of them was sure if the parts would fit even after seeing the bike
does anyone know something about changing from original clip ons to handlebar

Do you know someone with a 400 that has the bicycle bar? You could measure and check then. Without dealer assistance, you are on you own.

Perhaps you could check the classified ads in the newpapers for the type of bike you are looking for and compare that way?
