I've got a cat that acts like a dog. Whenever I get into bed he'll jump up there to get pet. He'll chill with me when I watch movies, runs up to me when I get to the door and, surprisingly enough, comes when I call him.

Finally got the pics uploaded.  The first one is Honey, she looks alot like your "cute little Buddha Loves You" Amanda.  The second one is Chester, who is still very sad, just lays around in his bed.  

Pictures aren't the best came from my phone a couple of days before Honey passed away.

Didn't teach them, Fert always snuggled up to the older dog right from the beginning.  Here is another "spooning" pic of them...  :lol:



These pictures are from 1989 when he was a pup.  We just lost him this past spring.  He was a really cool dog, best dog I've ever had.

This is Lacey.  She lives with my sister now that my parents are divorced.

Is Lacey a Shiba Inu? My dad got a Shiba puppy named Yogi a few months before he died. Yogi lives with my stepmother now, he's a pretty cool dog. If you can get him to stand still for more than three seconds he looks like a statue. No matter what you do to that dog, every hair on his body sits perfectly, his tail curls just right, and his ears sit perfectly symmetrical. It's so funny!

This is my dog, Savannah - she's an australian shepherd. She was a rescue...I was supposed to be a "foster home, for just 2 or 3 weeks". They just left her with me, but I fell in love with her. She's a sweetheart, loves people, great with kids, HATES anything on four legs though! She was unfortunately abused and had lots of problems when she came to me - missing teeth, broken paw, hip problems, heartworms, you name it. It's been three years now and only her hip and paw give her occasional trouble. My ten year old stepson loves her to death...and since my wife isn't working right now and is home to walk and spoil the dog the dog during the day she has forsaken me and started sleeping on the floor on my wife's side of the bed! Grrummblle...  At least she still hangs out with me in the garage when I'm wrenchin'!

Luna Bean - She was the princess around our house for 8 years. She died on our 7th wedding anniversary.


Gracie - The day after Luna died my wife went back to the rescue and found her in the exact same crate as Luna was in when she was a puppy. She came home that day.  This is the only dog that likes me more than she likes my wife.


Oscar (aka Bubba) - Bubba is a bastard. My wife found him about 8 years ago in a ditch dying of dehydration and malnutrition.  This dog has severe issues and really only likes my wife in the whole entire world.  You'll note in this pic that my backyard looks like a mine field. That's his handiwork. THis summer he dug a tunnel into the side of the hill that was waist deep. Bastard.


Daisy Mae.  She is part pug and part boston terrier = a Bug.  We got her in April. She thinks she is a cat, which is weird because out 15 year old cat Alex died in February.  She snorts alot and sneeze shaZam! all over me all the time.  She is also prone to bouncing up and down on her hind legs like a meercat.
