Hey ...

I just pulled my bike out of winter storage today

I had taken the battery out in late Nov. when I put the bike away. Today; about 5 months later I put the battery pushed the button and Vrooom.. It started right up!

The battery sat in my basement on my workbench and I never used the charger that I bought. Thought I would give it a try with out and.. No problem!  :thumb:

Just thought I would share that :)

Anyway, Im going out to change the oil, drain the old gas, fill the tires lube the chain and go for a ride!  :thumb:

Good for you, Scott!  I enjoy it when that happens!
The motorcycle is no longer the hobby, the skill has become the hobby.

Power does not compare to skill.  What good is power without the skill to use it?

good judgement trumps good skills every time.

I thought I could get away with that this year too... but after a few cranks I realized it was not going to happen.  My water level was low and the battery needed to be charged for a while.  Since then she's been starting/running great :thumb:
