Ja, to top it off, he was solo in the HOV lane.  And 520 is a three-person (or motorcycle) lane.

I used to have a video tape of my buddy and I doing 120 up the HOV lane.. I5 just entering seattle... Needless to say we were dumb ass 21 year olds doing stupid stuff with cars..

The gal at the office said they allow up to 10 days for a H&R followup, so I'm just waiting to hear back.
