I want to post pictures of my ride.  Could someone give me a hand with that?

Hey everybody.  It warmed up to the 70's in Oklahoma Monday.  I rode to the Chickasaw National Recreation Area.  There lie the the nearest twisties to my house (~ 25miles).

The motorcycle is no longer the hobby, the skill has become the hobby.

Power does not compare to skill.  What good is power without the skill to use it?

Resize the photos to 640 pixels wide so they'll fit on monitors without having to scroll from side to side. That will reduce the file size to around 100k.

Gimp is a good, free program for image editing, resizing, etc.

Your photo was 2304x1728 pixels and about 800k. Here it is at 640x480  pixels and 90k:

Your photo composition was pretty good; not a lot of wasted space that could be cropped out. Many photos have lots of "air" above and beside the subject that can easily be cropped out to reduce the image size without losing anything important.

I used tinypic.com to host the photo. It's really simple and gives you the code to paste into a post so the image shows up in the post.
