YAY! Corstrophine Run

OK might not sound like much but I am just back from a pub crawl of my home town locals!
I'm not sure whether making it is a bigger achievement than typing this afterwards.

1) The Rainbow, danger of knifing and slippy tiles outside the pub. : 1 Pint McEwan's 80/-
2) The Centurion, danger of bookie clobbering and bad pints. : 1 Pint McEwan's 80/-
3) The Toby, danger of being tempted by the carvery and the hotel drone. : 1 Pint Belhaven's Best.
4) The Oak, danger of being lulled by works party mentality and general banality. : 1 Pint McEwan's 70/-
5) Agenda, AAAAAAARRRGHHHHH Save me from the white wash and willow screen suaveness.
  This place sucks the soul like hilton mosque. : 1 Whisky Mac (Whisky and Green Ginger wine)
5) The Winston, Danger of being sucked into the fact this used to be a laundrette
  and now the charges per cycle are even more extortionate. : 1 Pint Caledonian IPA.
6)The Carrick Knowe, AAAARGH, a pub next door top a bookies, how can I explain the horror at fining this place actually ok.
  & cheap.: 1 Pint Mc Ewan's 80/-
7) The Corrie Inn, oh, my local. actually I went to school with this place's manager.
  It's alright. and actually I drink here most weeks. odd to be here in this array of horrors. : 1 Pint Caledonian IPA.
Mr Rob's Flat. Ahhh, control of the jukebox and cheap spirits (free to be precise) : 5 shots of single malt (various)
9) Super market. DAMN! CLOSED. So much for 24 hour opening. at least if might help my diet.

Here in the states, we substitute Burger King, Taco Bell, Toddle House, IHOP, Denny's or Chubby's for the supermarket.

I myself, on Christmas no less, challenged 5 people to a "flip cup" relay.
Standing alone with 5 full dixie cups, I out drank 5 grown men in a beer relay.   I'm so proud!
