The conversion is: ((9/5) * C) + 32 = F or (F-32)*(5/9) = C to go the other way.  

If you want to do it in your head, you can get within a few degrees F by doubling C and adding 32 (obvously, you'll be off by 1/5 of C which in most cases is only a few degrees F)

+1.....and I ride with widder electrics and heated grips when it gets that cold.....of course I also ride when it's 115 - 120 here in the summer...
