Too bad, but doubt that those who can't spell would ever realize they need to use it anyway.

I can understand and forgive mistakes when English is not your first language, but failure to spell, use punctuation, capitalizing and proper grammar make it harder to read and is just plain annoying.

No matter.  John, I also appreciate all your hard work and returning this valuable GS500 resource back to the world.  I was having flashback withdrawal moments (I'm a BeginnerBikes.com refugee).

John, I have a question.  Any chance we can show the member's home location under the Avatar like the old days?

Kinda miss it -- seeing where all the folks were from.

Agreed. How can I help someone if I can't understand them, or be able to read their post or question.

Yes, it would be nice for people to help other's near them; set up group rides, local carburetion issues, gear suggestions and availability for the same area, local shop suggestions.

Is that is not possible, could John or an Admin create a "regionals" (or something similar) main category? I know there is the Meet n' Greet, but it's kind of rough.

John,
Thanks so much for all the effort. I wasn't even aware that there'd been a meltdown (winter in NY puts my GS browsing into hibernation). Then I clicked on a topic-reply notification and was instantly confused. Grey? ahh, a few clicks later and I was up to speed. Thanks again for all your hard work.

Wow! What a surprise when I first saw the new format.  It'll take a while to get used to.

Finally we have a search function that can find pertinent titles only.  That's great.

Thanks John

That was a nice feature...  I didn't have to look at member profiles to find out where they were from. :thumb:
