The cheap way is not to.  You can get some Suburban Machinery SM2 bars for the SV650 at http://www.suburban-machinery.com/ that give you the same effect.

How do those work? I get those and they come with the klip ons or something? Or are you talkoing about the actuall forks to put on than put my klip ons on?

Intergrade?

Do a search on "Clip ons" and you will find what you want to know.

That era and class Interceptors had problems with insufficent oiling of the cam journals. While its possible you've just happened across a good deal, chances are that there is a reason its that cheap. Pass, unless you want a potentially expensive restoration project.

They work just like the handlebars you have now.  The difference is that they give you a very similar riding posture to clip-ons.

Actually no, that was an issue only up until 83. In 84 they fixed the problem. My cousin has an 84 vf500f. Fast bike, makes like 68hp at the crank!
