Um.. that picture of the "singles" looks like the kind with the side-diffusion cone on top of the LED, I don't think you'd want that for the indicators.
The type with the LEDs on the side are not pictured here.
Don't forget the indicator bulbs changed after '02.

okay tyhen I am still confused, and to add to the confusion, yes I ride an 05 ...(goes back to figuring out what to use...)

Okay, on the 04+... well, mine was an 05, but the 5-LED bulbs are used for the indicators such as blinkers, oil, high beams.. s'what I did.. And the 5-LED ANGLE bulb, the one with 4 LED's on the sides and one in the center is used to replace the gauges. You *may* have to file down the edges for the indicator bulbs where it connects into the plug because the 5-LED bulb's connectors are too fat.. Either 10 minutes of sandpaper or 5 seconds with a dremel will fix this. I did this over a year ago and the bulbs are still working great.

Err, maybe I did use the x6's... either way, I did follow those same threads in getting my lights all changed out. Contradictory or not, that's what I did, and they've been in for over a year now :P

Suzuki lists the gauge (2005+) bulbs as T10 (slot thinner than 194 but close) and the indicator lights as T6.5 (Also called #24)
BTW found another LED seller, he has clear images of each bulb dispersal paterns (if anyone wanted to know)

194 bulbs : http://autolumination.com/194.htm
T6.5/24 Bulbs (scroll half way on this page): http://autolumination.com/74.htm

havent found any real good T10 LED sites, but working on it.

That's why I had to file down the edges of the terminal on the indicator LED's to make them fit. :P

so just to recap after reading this whole thread in one sitting:

speedo and tach gauges = 12 volt, 3.4 watt or #168 LED, preferably radial-aimed 5-LED type bulb

Turnsignal, neutral, oil pressure indicators = 12 volt, 3.4 watt or #168 LED, like a 4 or 6 banger LED type bulb

High beam indicator = 12 volt, 1.7 watt or #37 LED or #74 LED or a single LED for some reason

All I need right now is the high beam. Here goes...

on a 2004+ model ALL the idiot lights are  t6.5

the gauge light is a  t10

Okay... this has no meaning for me. I ordered the single WLED 1-LED bulb in blue from superbrightleds.com for the hi beam indicator. I hope this is right.

yep t10 = 194 WLED x5
have you found T.,65 replacements cause the 194 Wled x4/x6  blades are just too wide.. (though they fit in the below headlight spot (grin I have a nice blue led under headlight now...lol)... I would like to find a decent replacement (05 here) for the t6.5

Idiot lights = turn signal, oil pressure, neutral and high beam lights.

These are much smaller than the Guage lights (Speedometer and Tachometer)

Idiot lights are approx 74's (T6.5 or T5)

Gauge lights are close to 194's (T10)

pbureau69

Yeah I beleive you are  04+ years is T6.5 ot T5
found LED for them indicators at http://autolumination.com/74.htm

Cheers...

ohgood

Send me some acrylic that's a little (.002 - .005) oversize O.D. and I'll make 50 or so indicator light replacements.

YOU will be in charge of all the email requests and whatnot though.  :thumb:
