what are the best tires price/quality

I am buying the 99 that has been on sale here and it says that it needs new tires. I won't know exactly when I'll need them unitl I see the bike, but what are the best tires for the buck and how much are they? I don't need super high performance, but I know that the cheapest ones don't last near as long.

Seriously. Good tires for the street. I think there are better track options though if you get a different rear wheel on here though (allowing 150 rubber with proper fitment).
