i just picked up today a 94 gs500 it is imo a contender for the roty award. what is roty you ask? well it is " rat of the year" it will run once i figure out its gremlins, ie hook up booster to battery side of solenid, lights come on, hit starter button, but nothing, so me thinks prolly the clutch switch is out but hey it WILL run tomorrow, besides i wanmt to hear its vance and hines sing

i will have to replace tank, but other than that the bike runs. however due to its sitting for 1.5 years, i will prolly clean carbs, plus jet for a k&n lunchbox, plus the v&h

im thinkin once i get the tank and plastics, im gonna build the john deere bike. what is that you ask?, tank and side plastics jd green, wheels jd yellow, plus exhaust pipes coated yellow, if 1 i can afford it, and 2 if i can find someone to do it
